​Every Bride is a Princess, and our exquisite Royal Luxurious Carriages are the perfect addition to your special day. Our 2024 Wedding services price Varies and starts at $850 with an initial Reservation deposit of $350.00. For services in Yakima and immediate vicinity.
Deposit is required to confirm your time & date. Balance is to be paid prior time of service. We do not confirm your special date until deposit is paid. Deposits and Final pays using Credit Card please add 5% to cover credit card fees.
We have several strikingly unique Carriages to choose from. You may choose our White Princess Carriage, or one of our Exquisite Black Carriages, we also have a Western Buggy for that western themed special day.

By special arrangement for those couples that book their their wedding and or reception at the Bonair Winery, Hyatt Vineyards,VanArnam Vineyards all just outside Zillah WA in the Rattlesnake Wine Country or at the beautiful facilities of the Central Washington Agricultural Museum our fee is $575.00 with the deposit being $300.00 And Remember close by is Vintage Valley Inn Best Western Plus Hotel

Our Wedding Services
Services include Preparation, Decoration and transportation of horses and carriage prior to your wedding. Our services also include Driver, Horses & Groom For the Horse(s), (You supply your own Groom for the Wedding ! )

We will be harnessed and ready at the appointed time and your time will start at that time. WE are not responsible for delays that are not in our control. Extra time may be billed at 35.00 per half hour that we go over our contracted time. Typically, We carriage the bride to the church and wait for the Mass or Wedding service to be completed and take the bride and groom from the church to a prearranged location. Our services generally include time photographs is for up to three hours. Please make sure you plan your time with the photographer as this can use a lot of your three-hour time. We will discuss your start time when we book your wedding. The start time and end time indicated in the contract is the start and end time unless other arrangements are made prior to your day.

Please Note there may be an extra fee depending on your location or other factors you require for us to provide service to you. Extra time may be billed at 35.00 per half hour that we go over our contracted time.

All wedding services will not be valid without signed contract and deposit. Contract will specify all agreed details for your special day. No drones while we perform our services.

Please remember:
The Yakima Valley is famous for our Four Seasons, we are blessed with Sun, Rain, Snow and Wind. Please come prepared. Our Carriages do have covers and we also have umbrellas and bottled water. In extreme Weather Yakima Valley Carriage Co, due to safety and well being of you and our horses, may have to reschedule or cancel.
Please note our rates for weddings are based upon time and distance to travel. Please call to allow us to accurately give you a quote for your special day.

Sadly, due to the time it takes to prepare the horses and carriage as well as travel time, we are unable to reduce the price. If you need us for additional time past agreed upon time, there is an additional charge of 75.00 per hour per carriage hired.

Deposits and Payments may be paid using PayPal. Gratuities are not included in the price but are greatly appreciated, if you like the services of our team.

While we do not supply professional photography services, we do take a lot of pictures and are willing to share them with you. We strongly encourage you to hire a professional photographer.
​
Would you just like a carriage or wagon for pictures? We can do that! Price is $200 for us to deliver it to your location of choice (local Yakima only and does not include horses).

Our romantic engagement/ anniversary package includes an afternoon ride in a horse drawn carriage to several of our valley's wineries for some very fine wine tasting, flowers, a special gift from us, and the perfect romantic uninterrupted setting to propose a lifetime together or reaffirm your lifelong devotion to that special love of your life.
